Training

The definition of a training is: “the process of learning the skills you need to do a particular job or activity”. In our view, application in practice is a key element in this process and therefore practice is central to our trainings. The participants in our trainings/workshops learn new knowledge, attitudes and skills. Furthermore, they practice this in the training and then apply it in practice. In addition, training courses are an excellent way to improve cooperation within your team and to motivate your employees.

LAPOUTRE’s training programs are tailormade and are developed in co-creation

We do not use a standard format for our training courses, we look at how to organize a training per situation and organization. LAPOUTRE distinguishes itself by developing training courses in co-creation. Co-creation means that the content of the training is tailored in advance to the specific learning and development needs of a team or individual and is appropriate to the corporate culture of your company. We believe that co-creation is the best way to achieve a successful collaboration.

At LAPOUTRE, we believe that trust and fun promote learning and ensure lasting results. Therefore, our experienced trainers use energizers and dynamic exercises during the workshops to promote confidence and fun.
